   The Epson PhotoPC 3000Z ($1,000 street) is relatively large and heavy, due in part to an accessory hot shoe (for mounting an external flash) and its ergonomically shaped hand grip. The camera costs $200 more than the others here, but it produces excellent images. On our tests, we found the PhotoPC 3000Z is capable of producing still images with pleasing skin tones, accurate colors, and excellent detail in shadows and highlights. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

   To my surprise, the review of this camera has been one of the most eagerly awaited reviews this year. Epson's good track record with earlier PhotoPC models, and a PCWorld review (which placed the 3000Z ahead of the Olympus C-3030Z and the Canon PowerShot S20) probably helped.    OVERVIEW Epson 3000z seem to be the easiest to operate, full-featured digital camera. The camera is well designed and well implemented. But for me this camera is not a pocket camera, sure it is small with the size of 108 x 89 x 65 mm but the camera is a little chubby and the The shape and oversized handgrip for the right hand make it difficult to put in the camera to a small purse.
