    Bought this in 2007 and it's still going strong as the day I got it! The 2-kit lenses compliment this system well, giving sharp pictures and nice colors. Built-in image stabilization works with any lens you put on it and it works really well! No issues with the camera although I did go for the 3-year Olympus warranty and had the kit serviced 3 times for general cleaning/check-up.     I bought this camera 3 weeks before. Initially I was not statisfied with the performance (since I am new to SLR), but later speaking with customer care I improved myself. There are lot of controls to take a good picture.Features are good but in live view half way click doesnt focus the subject, we have to click a separate button for that (AEL) which is annoying for me.     • Light weight, additional features like dust control and live view, less noise, good day light pictures, customer support.
    • In live view separate button to auto focus, cannot take good pictures out of the box, 3 focus points, anti shake doesnt work effectively in low light conidition.

  4. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles

    Even though this camera is dated, it is still a very usable, capable camera. I had a 500 which didn't have image stabilization, and this body gave me that, plus some more features the 500 didn't have. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

    Hej! Det sägs att det endast går att använda Sigmas och Zuikos objektiv till E-510. Hur är det med Opteka? De har bl a en telephotolins 630-1500mm som ser ut att passa, vad tror ni om det? Mvh Marie
