Some may have a problem with Grandia II's lack of "modernness" or lack of pedantic customization of characters found in uber-heavy RPG's usually played in messy basements or on PC's (Morrowind this is not). I went into this one expecting something. Not sure what, exactly, but something. One of Autumn's coworkers at an old job had actually let her borrow the game, so I could try it (which is strange, since I'd never met the guy), but I didn't get the chance to play it while we were borrowing it. Those are, in a nutshell, the new additions. It¡¦s an effective sequel that makes the statement ¡§If it isn¡¦t broken, don¡¦t fix it¡¨ ring true. Some sequels try to do too much and end up doing nothing for the improvement over the original. So, if you are excited in going through another KOTOR adventure, you will be very pleased. Grandia II isn't a landmark game by any means, but it comes pretty close to being an amazing role-playing game done in the traditional style. It looks great, has solid gameplay, great characters and a well-written story, but it's basically as straight-forward a role-playing game as you're likely to find. Ett riktigt bra rollspel som inleds med att hjälten, som är prisjägare, får ett uppdrag av en lokal by att fungera som livvakt vid en religös sermoni. Givetvis går inte saker och ting som planerat utan en ondskefull kraft kommer lös i världen. Vår hjälte tar sig an rollen för att rädda världen. Grandia är ett rollspel i klassisk form, men ett riktigt bra rollspel. Helt klart värt ett köp. Läs mer

Bra rollspel bland dom få som finns till Dreamcast. Mysigt spel som tar många vändningar, man kan inte direkt lista ut nästa sak som händer. Klart värt o testa om man tycker om rollspel. Läs mer
