    As a veteran of Quake 3 Arena on the PC, the term "Low Ping Bastard" comes greatly into play. LPBs, as they are commonly known, have the luxury of playing games such as Quake 3 behind the safety of a T1 line, meaning that they can easily pick off sorry 56K modem users without any trouble whatsoever.     After my experience with Phantasy Star Online, and had my taste for sweet, sweet online play, I had to find something else to go online with! Even though I'm not a big first person shooter fan, I still found Quake 3 Arena well worth the time. It's by no means a replacement for Phantasy Star Online, but if you really love that little phone jack in the back of your Dreamcast, I'd recommend giving it a try. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

    Quake var en gång i tiden den hetaste spelserien på marknaden. I mitten av 90-talet och ett par år framåt spelades Quake på alla datorer, konsoler och framförallt internet. Själv har jag alltid närt ett hat mot den här formen av spel, jag blir fruktansvärt stressad när kulorna viner runt mig och jag inte vet vart de kommer ifrån. Men samtidigt är det ju det som präglar ett bra tv-spel, att man påverkas känslomässigt av dem. Läs mer

    Det kanske inte är så vanligt att tjejer spelar det här spelet men jag gör det...& det är jättekul! Tja...jag brukar spela mest över nätverket (här hemma har vi sex datorer, en är inaktiv, en sköter nätverket.) med brorsan, & det kan vara ganska farligt för honom. Läs mer

    I never really enjoyed first person shooters. Racing and fighting games are more my forte, but considering I wanted moreaction from the Dreamcast and that the graphics look downright incredible, I decided to shell out some bucks and take a chance.
