Given that it's gunning for B&W's mighty Zeppelin iPod dock, the rCube doesn’t look like much of a challenger. At 20cm cubed, it looks almost comically small in this assembled company – but, as every sensible person knows, size isn’t everything. The sound is fantastic from such a small cube, but the attachment for your iPhone or iPod is a 39 pin, not the new Lightning one. Of course you can still use the cube through other connections, or buy an adaptor, you just need to be prepared for that. Prices have come down a lot since I bought mine; they are a real bargain now.
