A lens of this nature is a reasonably specialised piece of kit. It’s speed, both light gathering and focussing, make it ideal for indoor sport and event work. It also scores highly if you want portraits with OOF backgrounds where the focal length is near perfect. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

The Canon EF 135mm f/2 USM L is a superb lens with outstanding performance figures in all aspects except maybe vignetting at the max. aperture setting (f/2). The mechanical construction is up to pro standards and the AF is as fast as it gets in EOS land. All-in-all a lens that truly deserves the Canon L designation. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

The Canon EF 135 mm f/2.0L USM was launched in April 1996 so dating back to an era by and large completely dominated by analogue photography. Ett av mina viktigaste objektiv för sportfoto inomhus och i orienteringsskogen då ofta ljuset är svagt och man vill frilägga en idrottare från störande bakgrund. Inställd på f/2.2 blir den dubbel så snabb som EF 70-200 på bländare f/3.2 och är ännu fina oskärpa i bakgrunden. Läs mer
- Bländare f/2 som ger otroliga möjligheter
- Jag ser gärna att de tilverkar en lite dyrare vitt minisupertele med f/1.4 för att få ännu extremare bilder

uhmmm first off, the picture they have is awkward, its longer, they seem to have compressed the image so that it looks a lot shorter than it really is. but do know that it is a long lens, its great on a full frame, though on a crop camera, like the 30d/40d/rebelxt its rather long for indoor use. great for lowlight if you can handhold the camera. This is my only lens longer than 50mm, because it's all I need. I am shooting this both film and digitally, and both full-frame and 1.6x crop. I have bought and sold an embarrassingly large number of other long lenses (70-200 f/4L IS, 70-200 f/2.8L IS II, 180L, 100 macro, 135 SF, 100 f/2, 85 f/1.8, 70-300 DO, 70-300L, 200L, off the top of my head) before realizing that this single, compact, light-weight, high quality, discreet, constrasty lens is all that I really... This is one of the best portrait lenses I have ever used. I t is a staple in my bag for every shoot. If you shoot sports inside then this is a must have as it is fast and razor sharp wide open. Add to that the price and it is a killer deal! Läs mer Översätt till svenska

i love it! super sharp, fast, amazing depth of field! It's a game changer. Great for portraits! I used this while photographing a quick-moving child and most images were crystal clear while I had assumed they'd be blurred. The 1.2 is incredible.
