Summering: Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 to jasny obiektyw portretowy dedykowany do systemu Mikoro Cztery Trzecie.
Fördelar: jakość wykonania, nieduże gabaryty, szybki i skuteczny autofokus, rozdzielczość obrazu w centrum i na brzegach, dobrze skorygowana aberracja chromatyczna, niski poziom winietowania, skuteczne powłoki antyrefleksyjne
Nackdelar: kolor obudowy niespójny z innymi obiektywami M.Zuiko, brak osłony przeciwsłonecznej w zestawie
Summering: The Olympus 45 mm 1.8 is the first lens where we did not identify any really disadvantages. Although there is a beautiful lens hood available as an accessory, in practice you will suffer little flare and ghosting even without it. And the lens hood will make camera and lens more bulky. The image quality of the Olympus 45 mm 1.8 is very high. The price is very low, especially if you take into consideration the performance.
Fördelar: High resolution, starting at f/1.8, Resolution in corners and centre are almost equal, Fast lens with beautiful bokeh, Little longitudinal chromatic aberration, Low price
Summering: With an effective focal length of 90mm and a maximum aperture of f1.8, the lens is ideal for portrait work and can deliver sharp detail on the subject with a satisfyingly blurred background behind it. Likewise for closer subjects down to the nearest focusing distance of 0.5m. It's important to put things into perspective though: the 45mm f1.8 is a good portrait lens, but it won't match the minimum depth of field delivered by a 50mm f1.8 on an APS-C camera and especially...
Fördelar: Superb image quality. Sharp right into the corners at f4., f1.8 focal ratio ideal for shallow depth of field (relative to MFT lenses)., Great value for money., Incredibly small and light., No compatibility issues to report on Panasonic or Olympus bodies.
Nackdelar: Modest closest focusing distance of 0.5m means it's no macro lens., Lens hood not supplied as standard - it's an optional extra., Lack of optical stabilisation may be an issue for Panasonic owners., No weather-sealing.
Utdrag: We tested the focus speed of this lens on two different camera bodies, including the older Olympus E-PL2 and the brand new E-PL3. On the former, focus acquisition was pleasantly fast, but not instant. On the latter, it was extremely quick, very much in the same league as an SLR camera with a premium AF lens attached. This is truly impressive performance for a mirrorless combo.
REVIEW: Olympus 45mm f/1.8 Zuiko Digital Micro Four Thirds Lens Review
28 oktober 2011
Utdrag: Olympus M. Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 This medium telephoto optic for Micro Four Thirds compatible cameras sports a fast maximum aperture of f/1.8, internal silent focusing and a low price of around £250.
Utdrag: The Micro 4/3 system, due to the Olympus and Panasonic cooperation, has been developing very fast; so fast that currently we have over 20 original system lenses with a whole variety of parameters at our disposal. Some of the newest ones are two new fixed-focal Olympus devices, which were presented 30 June 2011. We think here about the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 12 mm f/2.0 ED and the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45 mm f/1.8.
Nackdelar: pity the lens is not made entirely of metal.
