    The Yamaha TSX-130 is expensive, but if you can afford the £300-odd for one, it will be an excellent investment. I wouldn’t place it solely in the bedroom either – this stereo would happily grace the living rooms/entertainment rooms of most households.     I just received my unit yesterday and set it up today. My intention was to purchase an upscale clock-radio/alarm clock to be placed on my (rather small) bedroom dresser. Well this item is quite a bit larger than I expected (I should have paid more attention to the published dimensions).     I'm starting to think buying this at the price above was a mistake. I'm comparing it to the Bose Wave Radio, which is 100 dollars more. This system is confused as to whether or not its a fancy clock radio or a shelf system. For the price it should have a lot better sound and an AM radio.
