   Detta är ingen usel telefon egentligen men Motorola hävdar bestämt att man brutit mot användarvilkoren om telefonen har blevit fuktskadad. De kan inte förklara skillnaden mellan vattentålig och vattentät och om vatten har kommit in i telefonen så är det inte telefonens fel. Tele 2 med flera har helt slutat att sälja Motorola p.g.a för mycket klagomål och de anger också att Motorola har vägrat att ta något som helst ansvar för sina produkter så då förstår man ju att det...    This is my 5th Motorola Defy. I read past reviews and they angered me. Sure there are phones with larger screens. There are FASTER phones. There are many phones out there with better features. OK so go buy one of those and when your phone drops out of your pocket into the pool, or lake, OR something closer to home... the toilet... or your child throws it in the sink (speaking from experience) Lets see how great that other phone is!    I dont know why anyone would sign a 2 year contract and pay 100 bucks a month for service on a smart phone when this is an option now. This phone has all the features, very high tech but also very easy to use, its well made, fast (as fast as any 3G phone) and tough. I pay the same 45 bucks a month for service, unlimited talk, text and web ect....no contract. I love that this phone is water and dust resistant. With three kids that is a must!    I've been using the Defy for around a year now and have practically no problems at all with it. It keeps up with its contenders in terms of speed, even though I have hundreds of apps installed, and with the added benefit of being waterproof and scratch resistant has made it an ideal phone for me.
