    Logitech's omni-directional technology might not seem massively useful in a desktop speaker environment, but it does actually lend an extra dimension to the sound coming from your PC (particularly with games and movies).     Now I am no audiophile, but I think these speakers sound outstanding, which is the whole point right? When I have them placed a short distance from walls (not backed up into corners), the omnidirectional sound really shines. I've been listening to music, games, movies, etc. on them for over 2 years now and I've never been disappointed.     Logitech Z5---REVIEW--- LOOKS The Logitech z5 speakers look fine, and will slot into place on any desktop. The minimal wiring is also great, adding to the aesthetics, and it is a nice little package. SOUND For USB, 2.0 speakers, the sound from these is superb.     We are quite happy with the Logitech Computer Speakers we purchased from J & R. They look nice, have great sound, and were at a great value.     • Good sound. Will beat everything in your laptop. Simple connection. Works on linux out of the box (remote too).
    • Remote is too directionally sensitive, especially since these speakers are small and can get turned easily. Since these are USB speakers it means your sound is switchi...
