    I love my new Walkman, which I purchased so that I could listen to books on CD from the library. Mostly I listen to books in my car, but when I am really into a book or if the due date is fast approaching, I need something to use so that I can listen to the book in my house.     this sony cd walkman is great. i quit using mp3 players and went back to audio straight from the disc. no more compressed audio for me ever again. this player easily powers my grado sr60i to very loud levels. does not come with an ac adapter (look for item "sony ACE45A" adapter here at JR.com). i use this mainly lying in bed to listen to cds hooked up to a ac adapter.     I bought this for my mother who is legaling blind. She listens to books on it. She uses this CD player 8-10 hours a day! This is our second Sony player in 3 years so I think that is pretty good considering how often it gets used. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

    Most CD players, when used for audio books, will stop, skip or fail when carried in a walker's pocket. This one keeps its place and performs well.
