    I have to say, I'm pretty happy with my voice recorder. The reason I put one star is because my experience can maybe help some of you that are having problems. But overall I'm happy with it. It really helps when it comes to lectures in school, it picks up low voices nicely too. I find it very reliable as well. However, I will say it can be a bit of a tricky device.     I mainly use this device to record college lectures. Within reason, I can pick up just about every sound that is made when this device is recording. I might suggest that if you download files to your computer you might want to convert these to mp3 files to reduce the overall file size or if you have a large internal/external hard drive that could work too.     Purchased 6 of these along with 6 TP-7 telephone recording devices and 6 ME-52W noise canceling mics for use by a criminal investigations unit. We've only had them about two weeks now but have already used the recorder in shirt pockets to record conversations. It works good through the fabric of the pocket recording people up to about 6 feet away but is a bit faint at that distance. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

    This is a wonderful digital recorder..- I did a lot of research before I bought a digital recorder.. And I felt this was the best for the price. And it is. And the best part, since I am not tech savy, it's very easy to use. Love the hold button- A lot of digital recorders have no stop or off button.. Olympus WS-311M

Olympus WS-311M är framförallt en digital röst memo men kan även användas som musikspelare samt portabelt lagringsutrymme. Olympus WS-311M har måtten 1.5 x 0.4 x 3.7 inches (W x D x H) och väger 1.7 ounces. Spelare drivs med ett AAA batteri med en förväntad livslängd på 138 timmar när den spelar in i LP läge. Den har ett lagringsutrymme på 512 megabyte (flahminne) och kan kopplas direkt till en PC via USB 2.0. Olympus WS-311M är kompatibel med Microsoft Windows 2000, XP och Vista.

Finesser

Olympus WS-311M har en inbyggd stereo mikrofon som har ett Low Cut filter för minimering av speciella oljud samt VCVA (Variable Control Voice Actuator). Med VCVA kommer Olympus WS-311M bara att spela in när den hör ljud. Den har tre olika lägen för steroinspelning: STXQ, STHQ och STSP. För längre inspelning finns HQ, SP och LP lägen. Inspelningarna kodas i WMA format.

Lagring

Olympus WS-311M kan användas för att lagra flera olika filformat och erbjuder fem mappar som rymmer upp till 200 filer var. Användare kan även låsa vissa filer för att förhindra att filer tas bort av misstag.

Musikspelare

Olympus WS-311M kan lagra upp till 250 låtar och stödjer WMA samt MP3 filer. Musikspelaren har 3D stereoljud, en inbyggd equalizer samt WOW XTTM teknologi som förbättrar låga frekvenser för rikare bas.
