    The Epson Perfection V500 Photo Scanner does a great job at scanning photos and negatives. It comes with some good graphics-editing software, including Adobe Photoshop Elements and ABBY Fine Reader for OCR. The slide holder is on the flimsy side and the scanner has a pretty big footprint, but otherwise this is a good value for the money. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

    click to enlarge First the all important dimensions it is 44cm long, 26cm wide and 9cm tall. It is a very dark grey in colour and has the power input and USB close together on the back and the on/off switch on the right side.     Har inte utnyttjat alla möjligheter än, bara haft den i 1 vecka. Man kommer igång lätt och får helt acceptabelt resultat direkt för dia och negativ film, färg och s/v. Eliminering av repor, damm o.dyl. Läs mer

    • + Lättanvänd, mkt bra upplösning, snabb vid lagom upplösning ca 1.5 min för 4 diapositiv
    • - Långsam vid högsta upplösn, men det behövs inte för dia

    My husband bought this scanner with me kicking and screaming and we both love it. The first night I had it I stayed up all night scanning old pictures and restoring them. I have been using some of the restored pictures as gifts because they look that good!!! Läs mer Översätt till svenska

    Starts fast, great scanner. Using it to archive old photos, to add to our now digital collection. Can scan photos in a variety of sizes. Although I find the color correction features redundant, (will use a photo program for that), the ability to scan high quality has brought new life and possibilities to old pictures buried at the bottom of a shoe box..     Snabb, enkel o effektiv för svart-vita o färg negativ. Ladda den o den sköter sig själv i 10-15 minuter, med perfekt resultat. En riktig arbetshäst. Har hittills skannat in ca 15.000 neg i 35mm och 6x6cm. Däremot ej testat den för dia i ramar. Läs mer

    Not having to adjust the color of the lamp is a major advantage, and I'd assume LEDs last longer than fluorescents, though it doesn't matter because with scanners, the software usually fails to keep up with operating systems more than the hardware itself fails. As with most scanners you can't easily scan books because the physical scanner "margins" are too big. Läs mer Översätt till svenska
