   Beautiful oven, very heavy...seems very well made with the exception of the dial knobs. They are silver plastic. I don't understand why Bosch would create such quality product and then skimp on the knobs. Paid $1,500 so I don't think it's to much to expect. Just installed 2 days ago so I may be jumping the gun in leaving a review, it's just that I was so excited until I looked at the knobs. Wonder if I can order a bettr knob from Bosch?
