Canon has done it again with another truly remarkable camera. The XLH1 and XLH1a are by far the best camera's in this price range. Actually this camera is better than most that cost 3 or 4 times as much. Great picture quality, very nicely laid out controls, fast auto focus, very clever image stabilizer and a enormous amount of flexibility. As a long time always happy user of the Canon XL series SD camcorders starting with the XL1 in 1998 and ending with the 3rd generation XL2, I am thrilled to have finally "graduated" to HD with the awesome Canon XL-H1A. The ergonomics and overall features are very similar to my previous and current XL2 SD camcorder but other than that, the many new improvements are dramatic over the earlier SD models. The is a really good camera and a great camera for the money. Don't pay any attention to the last post. This camera has an iris ring and MANY pro features. I don't think a wedding videographer would know what pro features look like. If you are a pro and know how to get good looking video you can achive it with this camera. I would get a bigger battery, mostly to even the weight to make hand-held shooting more comfortable. The lens is great. Canon makes the best lenses. Läs mer Översätt till svenska

- Well first off, it has 3 1/3" CCDs, Shoots in 1080-24p, removable lens, all the custom controls you want. It's worth the extra money. I use it to shoot films, events, ...
- Be warned, it only shoots pictures on the SDHC. Video is limited to HDV. If you have a problem with that, then this isn't the camera for you.
